Incoming Material InspectionWe have established a strict pre-production management system based on ISO9001, conducting standardized inspections on every batch of raw materials and components to ensure quality from the source.
In-Process ControlFrom bed manufacturing to final assembly, every step strictly follows quality standards. Key processes are monitored in real-time to ensure manufacturing consistency and precision.
Final Verification & Reliability TestingEach machine undergoes rigorous performance and reliability validation before leaving the factory. This includes 72-hour continuous operation tests and precision calibration, ensuring stable and efficient performance at the customer’s site from day one.

Company History

21 years mastering the laser: Where proven industrial solutions meet next-generation manufacturing.

2004–2015
During this period, XT LASER expanded its product offerings from basic laser systems into comprehensive industrial equipment, including fiber laser cutting machines, marking systems, welding solutions, and early-stage automation modules. The company also standardized its manufacturing processes and established stable supply chains, laying the groundwork for large-scale production.
2018–2020
To meet the increasing global demand, XT LASER established three major production bases in Suncun, Shengjing, and Zhangqiu. With a combined area of over 50,000 m², these facilities introduced advanced machining technologies such as gantry milling, thermal aging, precision assembly, and laser calibration. Production capacity and quality stability increased significantly.
2023–2024
The company significantly enhanced its R&D capabilities by investing RMB 66.7 million over three years and forming long-term partnerships with leading institutions such as Shandong University and the Shandong Academy of Sciences. These collaborations enabled breakthroughs in high electro-optical conversion laser sources, intelligent control systems, and ultrafast glass-processing technologies.
2016–2018
XT LASER earned multiple national and industry honors during these years, such as the “Top 10 Laser Cutting Machine Brand” and awards at major manufacturing expos. These recognitions validated the company’s engineering strength, product quality, and growing market influence, driving rapid expansion in both domestic and international markets.
2020–2023
XT LASER accelerated its global strategy, serving customers in more than 180 countries and establishing over 100 service points worldwide. The company launched its “Zero-Worry Service Standard,” featuring a 15-minute response, 2-hour solution proposal, and rapid on-site support—8 hours domestically and 24 hours overseas—setting new service benchmarks in the industry.
2024–2025
XT LASER expanded its international presence by establishing local subsidiaries in the United States and South Korea, and setting up six regional service centers across Europe, Asia, and Latin America. This move enabled localized sales, service, and spare-parts availability, ensuring faster response and stronger market penetration.
